Dropshipping Fulfillment

Global Shipping & Tracking

Delivery time and tracking visibility drive more refunds in ecommerce than product quality does. Shipping is therefore not a line item we pass through, it is chosen per lane, per parcel profile, and reported back to the customer automatically.

What you get
  • Carrier chosen per destination, not one default
  • Tracked services on every lane we quote
  • Tracking written back to your store on dispatch
  • Lane times quoted from your own parcel profile
The operational problem

Why one carrier is never the right answer

Carriers are not uniformly good. One is strong into a specific country and weak next door; another is cheap on light parcels and punishing above a weight break; a third has customs handling that clears reliably where others stall. A single default carrier means you are overpaying on some lanes and delivering badly on others, and you cannot see which is which.

We select per lane and per parcel profile instead. The carriers we work through appear on the homepage. None of that is a partnership claim, it is the set of networks your parcels actually move on.

What drives the delivery time you can promise

Three things, in order of impact: where the stock sits when the order arrives, the service level bought, and customs. The first dominates. Stock held in your customer's own region converts an international wait into a domestic delivery, and no amount of carrier optimisation matches that.

Origin

The same product ships faster from a warehouse in your customer's region

Service level

Express and economy on the same lane are different promises

Customs

Duties, thresholds and paperwork vary per destination and change

Parcel profile

Weight and dimensions decide which services are even available

Address quality

Validated on import, because a failed delivery costs both legs

Tracking that reaches the customer

A tracking number that only exists in a warehouse system is worthless. On dispatch, the number is written back against the order in your store, which fires whatever notification you already have set up, your template, your domain, your brand.

Where a parcel stops moving, the exception surfaces to your account manager rather than waiting for the customer to complain. That is the difference between finding out from a dashboard and finding out from a chargeback.

Where tracking is watched

Someone is reading the exceptions

Tracking that only updates a status is not visibility. Shipments that stop moving are picked up here, against the order they belong to, before a customer writes in.

Questions

Global Shipping & Tracking FAQs

What delivery times can I promise my customers?
That depends on your lanes, your parcel weights and where stock is held, so we quote it from your actual profile rather than publishing an average that would not apply to you. Send your destination mix and we come back with lane times you can put on your shipping page.
Is every shipment tracked?
Every service we quote is a tracked service. Untracked economy mail is cheaper and generates disputes you cannot defend, so we do not offer it as a default.
Who pays import duties?
That depends on the destination and the incoterms you choose, and it should be a deliberate decision rather than a surprise for your customer. Your account manager sets it per market during onboarding.
What happens when a parcel is lost?
We open the carrier claim and tell you at the same time, with the option to reship immediately rather than wait for the claim to resolve. Reshipment terms are in our shipping policy.
