Performance

Performance has to survive production

A sample can perform and the run can still disappoint, because performance lives in the fabric and the construction rather than in the pattern.

Activewear is bought on how it behaves under use: whether leggings stay opaque when stretched, whether a waistband returns to shape, whether a seam holds. Those are properties of the material and how it was sewn, and a factory that substitutes a fabric mid-run changes all of them without changing how the garment looks folded.

Checks are qualitative and applied according to the product and its specification. These are comparisons against an approved reference, not laboratory certification, Neofulfill does not operate a testing laboratory.

Consistency

What you approved is what should arrive

The approved sample is the reference, and for activewear the comparison has to include the things that are invisible in a photograph, how the fabric behaves, how the seams are constructed, whether a print or logo application survives handling.

Production-stage inspection, where a fault can still be corrected during the run, is quality control and production follow-up. Manufacturer identification runs through China Sourcing.

Sets, sizes and colourways

A matched set is two stock items that have to leave together in the same size and colourway.

Each size and colourway is its own SKU, and for a set the pairing is part of picking rather than something assumed from the order line. Order flow runs on dropshipping fulfillment.

Activewear returns for fit like the rest of apparel does. Returned units are inspected before re-entering sellable stock through returns and after-sales support.

Can Neofulfill source activewear manufacturers?
Yes. Manufacturers are assessed against the technical fabric and construction the product needs, not only on price, through China Sourcing. Activewear factories are not interchangeable with general apparel factories, which is the main reason this is assessed separately.
How do you check technical sportswear fabrics?
Against the specification for that product. Depending on the garment, checks can cover stretch and recovery, opacity when stretched, seam durability, material composition against what was specified, and colour. These are qualitative checks against an approved reference, not laboratory certification, Neofulfill does not operate a testing laboratory.
How do you control fit across production?
The approved sample is the reference. Production units are compared against it on measurements, fit, fabric, colour, seams and any logo or print application, so a drift between the sample you signed off and what the run produced is caught before the stock goes live rather than after customers report it.
