The operating partner behind growing ecommerce brands.
Neofulfill connects China sourcing, quality control, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping and after-sales support in one operation, managed by people on the ground and made visible through our platform.
- China-based operations
- 2 warehouses in Shenzhen
- Partner warehouse network in Europe & the US
- One team from sourcing to support
Scaling ecommerce gets complicated when the supply chain stays fragmented.
At low volume, factories, agents, spreadsheets and chat threads can be enough. As a business grows, the same setup creates more handoffs, less visibility and more room for mistakes.
Neofulfill brings those moving parts together so brands can manage sourcing, quality control, inventory, fulfillment and delivery through one operating relationship instead of coordinating each step separately.

Software for visibility. People for execution.
The Neofulfill Platform gives your team one place to manage payments, quotations, order alerts, tracking, after-sales cases and team access.
Behind it, our operations team handles the physical work: sourcing, supplier coordination, quality control, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping and the exceptions that need a person.
Technology keeps the operation structured. People keep it moving.

Neofulfill operates two warehouses in Shenzhen, where our China-based sourcing, quality control and fulfillment operation is centered.
We also work with partner warehouse networks across Europe and the United States when positioning inventory closer to demand becomes the better operating model.
Partner facilities are part of our operating network and are not Neofulfill-owned warehouses.
Photography of the Shenzhen facilities is being added. Until it is, these two frames stay empty rather than showing a building Neofulfill does not own.
Built around the details that usually become problems later.
- 01
Verify before scaling
Supplier capability, product quality, packaging and applicable market requirements are reviewed before volume magnifies mistakes.
- 02
Keep accountability clear
One operating team coordinates the handoffs between sourcing, warehousing and shipping instead of leaving the client to connect every party.
- 03
Make exceptions visible
Routine orders should stay routine. When something needs attention, it should be visible, structured and owned.
- 04
Adapt the operation to the product
A supplement, a garment and a battery-powered device should not move through the same quality-control and documentation process.
Operations are still a people business.
Behind every account is a team working across sourcing, quality control, warehouse operations and customer support.
The objective is simple: give ecommerce businesses a team that understands the operation as a whole, instead of a different contact for every problem.
